Cliche? Sure.
True? Definitely.
The obvious question is: Who are you spending the most time with?
I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the folks you're spending time with. My only question is: Do you want to be like them?
Are they successful?
Are they focused?
Are they DRIVEN?
Chances are (and I mean this statistically speaking) they aren't.
The DRIVEN only make up about 10% of the human population.
So out of 6 people (the aforementioned 5 + you) that would mean only one of you is DRIVEN.
If you feel like you don't fit in then chances are it's you.
Are you being told to slow down? Take it easy? Stop and smell the roses?
Those aren't things that DRIVEN people say.
Don't get me wrong, their intentions might be good…
But they don’t understand you.
They don’t know what DRIVEN feels like.
Their definition of peace is being content with what they have.
You only feel peace when you’re relentlessly pursuing your goals.
Here’s the truth: The more successful you become, the less understood you will be.
But that doesn’t mean you should be alone.
In fact, isolation stalls success.
The key is to surround yourself with other successful people.
Easier said than done, I know that personally.
But, what if there were a cheat code?
A way to instantly surround yourself with other DRIVEN individuals?
People who have the same drive and passion.
Because being DRIVEN is not a curse. It’s a GIFT.
And that gift needs to be harnessed.
That fire needs to keep burning…
Or else, it will die down.
